Gets Me Trough je prvním singlem z alba Down to Earth. Ozzy v ní děkuje svým fanouškům. Jeho původní videoklip plný ohňů a ničení však MTV musela po událostech 11. září 2001 stáhnout a původní videoklip nahradila jeho zkrácená verze.
